The
Jewel Karate Group hold the Diamond League Competition throughout the year ending
in December with the award presentation at the Christmas Party
Night.
There will be several competitions throughout the year that will introduce our
JKG members to sporting competition-style karate in the form of Kumite
(fighting) and Kata (form).
For new and younger members, as the competition is open to all the clubs
within the Jewel Karate Group, the competitors will meet and participate
with others outside their club; however, as they are in our group,
the instructors, with their knowledge and careful placement of our
students in the competition, will match with the student with
their experience and ability with other competitors so that the
competition will be even and enjoyable.
